This limited warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal installation and use. It extends to the original purchaser and is not transferable. Proof of purchase is required for any claim.

Warranty periods begin on the original date of purchase. Repair or replacement of a covered product does not extend or restart the warranty period.

Where a product is no longer available, Lumiq Lighting may substitute a comparable product of equal or greater value.

This warranty does not cover:

• Normal patina, color change, or weathering of living finishes such as Natural and Weathered Brass.
• Damage from improper installation, wiring, voltage, or use outside published specifications.
• Damage from abuse, accident, vandalism, corrosive chemicals, pool or irrigation water, fertilizer, salt spray, or extreme weather events.
• Unauthorized modification, disassembly, or repair.
• Labor, removal, reinstallation, or shipping costs.

Remedies are limited to repair or replacement at Lumiq Lighting's discretion. To the extent permitted by law, Lumiq Lighting is not liable for incidental or consequential damages. Some jurisdictions do not allow such limitations, so parts of this may not apply to you.
